We plan and manage the most appropriate, cost-effective transport to destinations across the region. Our focus is ensuring customer goods get to their destination on-time and in-full.
Primary Transport Solutions
We facilitate inbound logistics, which includes the movement of finished goods and raw materials. We manage SGR shipments from Mombasa to Nairobi and clearing and shunting services from the ICD.
Secondary Transport Solutions

Our transport operations are supported by MiX Telematics, providing real-time vehicle tracking, route optimization, and visibility of goods in transit. The platform enables efficient dispatching, monitoring of delivery progress, and confirmation of deliveries through accurate location and trip data, helping improve operational efficiency, safety, and reliability.

We operate a 60% own fleet and 40% subcontractor model, with all transport activities centrally managed to ensure uniform standards
